With a similar characteristic to the ‘New Beginnings e.p.’ Tom Demac takes us down the deep/minimal route again.
The A track ‘Liquid Staircase ’ opens up the e.p. And as soon as the needle hits the record you know where it’s going. A throbbing bassline that is sure to attract some whistles from the dance floor, together with glitchy percussion, cutting hihats, and a twisted vocal line over the top.
‘Sunday Lunch’ represents the Housier side of Tom Demac, with ‘Domestic Dimming’ and ‘End Of...’ keeping the deep, melodic aspect to his production.
